My Question or Issue

 Hello,

 

I have a Premium family account in Portugal with my family. But I'm in London and I'm going to stay here for a year. Now I can't log in and it says that I'm not in the right country of my subscription. What can I do?

Hey @seaforst95, welcome to the Spotify Community!

 

Keep in mind that all users inside a Premium for Family plan need to live in the same place in order to be part of the plan. If your account was removed from the plan, you won't be able to rejoin that plan as long as you're in a different country.

 

In this case, you can manually update the country registered in your account with these steps so you can use it abroad with the Free service. You'll be able to resubscribe to regular Premium with a payment method from England, or by joining a Premium for Family plan over there.
