Logging a family member on to my account

Hi please help,

 

I have family premium package. I recently added my wife as a member on my account. The problem I have now is when I sent an invite to my daughter it is showing as if it is my wife's account even though the invite was sent from my phone and my account page. I think this is stopping my daughter from being able to join my plan. The invite status is still showing pending even though she has accepted but still refusing to activate on my members list and I think because it's as though the invite was sent from my wife.

 

I'd really appreciate some help as I'm not technically gifted with these things and she is desperate to have Spotify on her new wee phone.

Hey @kenny1872, welcome to the Community!

 

It sounds like your browser's cache and cookies are acting up. Try revoking the invite > clearing your browser's cache and cookies > inviting your daughter.

 

If you keep having trouble, try it out using a different device to see if it helps.

it. Not really 100% sure why or what fixed it but all good now
