Login issues because of premium

My Question or Issue

Since 5 months i'm living abroad, where spotify can't be used. Although i could use my spotify account with premium the whole time during my stay without any problems. Until today. I can't login anymore and it says that i'm situated in another country as what is written in my personal details. When i look into my personal details it says that i never used spotify premium and i need to buy it if i want to log in.

Does anyone knows about this problem? How can i login again?

It's possible that you have more than one Spotify account.

Please follow this guide to finding any other accounts you might have subscribed to Premium before continuing the investigation of this issue 🙂
