My Question or Issue

I created a premium family account. My girlfriend was able to join. But my father,who also live here in the same place can't. I send him an invitation,but he can't login in the browser(Chrome) via smartphone to confirm the invitation and get upgraded. We tried many ways,also a login via Computer,but always the same if he wants to log in: " Username or password is invalid." If he logs into the app,the same datas work and he's able to join. But a log in via browser is not possible!

Just to confirm - was your father able to join your Family plan in the end?

If he isn't able to log in via the web player, could you ask him to try opening the web player in a different browser or incognito window? That usually does the trick.
