Mal plan familiar premium

Tengo Un problema, mis familiares no pueden entrar o no pueden vincular su cuenta, de hecho ya estaban dentro del plan familiar y les recogieron o cancelaron las cuentas (sin razón aparente, pues se pagó en tiempo y forma), les mando la invitación a su correo y no es posible que la abran... y justo apenas cobraron el mes en curso...

Do they have any trouble joining the plan using an incognito window? What about with a different device?

If so, ask them to reach out to us here with their account info so we can take a closer look.
