My Question or Issue

I have already upgraded my subscription from Premium to Family. I'm currently at home, but the family members are on vacation in Spain. Seems they are not able to activate their accounts. It's because they are abroad? How to fix it? We are all living in the same place, but as you can imagine we are not always together...

Hey @Pier5gil, thanks for reaching out to the Community!

In order for your family members to join the Premium for Family plan, they'll need to reside at the same address as you (the owner).

 

When your family members get back home at the same location as you, then you are able to send them an invite. If you're not sure how to, check here > Manage Members.
