My Question or Issue

 Hi,

 

I've recently set up a family plan for me, my fiancée and a 3rd account that is purely attached to our Sonos speaker to stop music being paused when one of us is using their spotify account while out and about while the other is wanting to listen to music at home.

 

I've recived an email today telling me that you've removed this 3rd account from my family plan because you can't verify the address, and attempting to re-add it is blocked.

 

I'd like to understand what I can do to re-add this 3rd account, as it is purely used within our household and I can't see any reason why it should be removed.
