My Question or Issue

Hello everyone,

Thank you for taking the time to read this post.

I am head of an family account and invited four people who live with me. Three of them got the invite and joined but the last person can't get in whatever we try.

We did already try:

- multiple email addresses

- different devices

- different browsers / incognito mode

Any suggestions are very much welcome because we are really at the end of our latin" (out of ideas).

Could you confirm if the last member has previously joined a Premium for Family plan? Can you also send me a screenshot of what happens when they try to accept the invite (please make sure to hide sensitive info when posting to the community)?

She never even used Spotify before. Screenshot is attached

Quick Edit: In English it means "could not join Spotify family, get help here ..."
