Missed to verify adress for family plan- Wait 12 month!?

My daughter missed the mail in which she were supose to to verify the adress when I have added her to my family plan. Now Spotify says that I have to wait 12 month before I can invite her again. This cant be possible!? What can I do to get a new chance?

Can somebody please help?
