My Daughters got kick out the family plan, she lives with me and should have no problem with her account, I tried to invite her back but it gives me back a message that the address does not match.
I have looked for a way to contact someone at Spotify but their is NO contact email or number to get help.
We live in El Salvador, San Salvador and all our devices are apple.
Please help me and give me light on this issue. My daughter is 16 and as you know being kick out of spotify is a big drama for her. Thank you!!!
