My account was changed from premium to family

My account was changed from premium to family

Hello,

During my holidays my account was changed from regular premium to family.

I realized today as I got notification of debit; checking my account I see a family member email adress I don t know. I have switched back to regular, deleted this member, disconnected from all devices and changed my password.

Can I get some explanataion how this can have happen and can I get reimbursed the difference please ?

If this service is not secured I ll delete it.
