My Question or Issue

I payed a family premium account and was about to do the second step and enter my address there, but the input form does not accept my address and tells, that the address is unkown.

How can I get my address work for the family account?

Hey there @Boemm,

 

Thanks for getting in touch with us 🙂

 

Can you start off by opening an incognito window? That way you can make sure that the cache is not leading to this issue. Then you can enter the address.

 

If that doesn't do the trick, it's a good idea to try with a different network and on another device.

The problem is not the ability of type in my address ...

 

The problem is, that your system does not know my address and tells me, my address would be wrong, where its not ...

 

After typing in my address, the form states:

This address is not exact. Add a house number.

But I added my complete address:

Thanks for getting back to us 🙂

 

We'd suggest you turn on the GPS services on your device and checking if you're able to find your address.

 

If not, you can try entering the address manually - then you can try selecting the building number-only (for apartments), street name, or a close landmark. That could help finding the address and adding it. Just make sure to avoid adding someone else's address.
