My family account is error, all my family member is gone from the list

My family account is error, all my family member is gone from the list

Dear Spotify team,

 

Yesterday (6/9) is my automatic subscription and it was successfully charged to my credit card. All my family still can enjoy their account last night. But suddenly today (6/10), all my family members are gone from my family account. When I tried to invited them back, and they fill the address data same as me, the system said "you cannot join this family/wrong address". How can this happen? Please help.

Hey @juarazr

 

Tell your Family Admin to send by himself the link generated through INVITE WITH LINK, instead of letting the system send the mail.

 
Accept the invite logged in with your own username in the app and in the website. You should make sure to type the address exactly as the Admin did, and also be sure all Family members use the same Internet connection (Home network) regularly. Not doing so may be the cause of you being left out.
