My family can't join to my Family Plan

My Question or Issue

Hi, one member of my family was eliminated from my Familiar Plan, apparently she didn't notice an email about that issue and was eliminated from the Plan. I tried to send her an invitation but she can't join it, it appears this message: "You're unable to join this Family plan. "

 

Yes, we live in the same house.

I know, is so cheap from Spotify. Paying a “premium” subscription and don’t having a proper support service for clients.
