My family members (spotify family)

Subscribed for spotify family. Already, our accounts are active. Unfortunately, theirs still have the message popping to "try premium" after pressing the next button for several times. Also, with regards to this, their playback button does not work. I need your kind advice on this matter please. Thank you.

In this case, we'd recommend making sure you're logged into your Premium account. You can check here if you have a secondary account.

 

If you're logging in the right account, could you try reinstalling the app? Here's how.

I have that problem too and it didin't work either
