My familymember got an message with wrong family name..!

My familymember got an message with wrong family name..
"Confirmation
Congratulations! You are about to join the plan of Anne P....z"

Problem is that we don't know that name! Have tried to cancel and resend invite..with same result.
What to do?

Hey @trax61, thanks for writing!

 

Are you the Administrator do the plan? If so, the first thing to do is check if you've invited all members, and if they're already active or not.

You can also check if the username is correct. Let me know how it goes!

I suppose I am the Administrator as I'm the one that paid for the Family
Premium and I'm the one that invite my family members.
Both of them have not any account earlier, so they sign in for a new one..
and both of them receice the same message ..to join the Family plan of Anne
P...z! That's still not my name!!
Is there a wrong name in my profile? Or.. is there something other detail
that is wrong.
(I tried to check out my profile at account/overview.. but no name are
mentioned there.. only trax61 - as is my username)
The username at my daughter has been changed to a unknown name as well.. an
combination with 15(!) letters/nubmers.
What to do??

So you are the Administrator. Actually the name itself doesn't matter that much, as long as all the member's accounts are active. Of course you can try to correct the name but I think this is not the priority now. 

 

So now when you click on the link bellow do you see both accounts as active?

Are they now able to use the app without being interrupted by the other members?
