My Question or Issue

Hi, I'm sending a new family invite to my girlfriend who had to cancel her previous email account. She receives the email but she's unable to join my account already for few months. The webpage says that she's unable to join my family account after she input her data. This is really frustrating as I'm paying a family account and I'm effectively the only user now. I've sent her already several invitations. How can I solve this?
