My roommates got kicked from spotify for family. Can't invite them back.

I'm using spotify for family with my roommates. Some of them got kicked, and when i try to invite them back they get this message (translated from polish):

"You cannot join this Premium for family plan. Need some help? Read FAQ."

Why is this happening and how to fix this?

Hey! Welcome to the Spotify Community 🙂

This is most likely because they have forgotten to verify their address, through a link that came via email. If you ignore that email, you will be kicked from the family. It may also have landed in their spam folders. 

If that's the case, you should try contacting SpotifyCares through either of these:

• Through this link.
• Through Facebook: SpotifyCares
• Or lastly through Twitter @SpotifyCares

Tell them what's going on and your username and they'll solve it! 🙂
