My wife cannot download Spotify app to enjoy my family account

Hi community, we live in Qatar. I have Spotify installed on my IPhone for 6 months and i subscribed for family account but she cannot download the Spotify app on her Samsung Note 5 so I pay the family premium for nothing. Any idea what’s wrong? Android maybe?

Unfortunately Spotify is not available in Qatar. That is why the Spotify app is not listed in the mobile app stores to download in your country.

If you are currently using a VPN to access Spotify, please note that this is not officially supported by Spotify and is against the terms of service. Also a payment method from the country listed in the account settings is also required.

Spotify wants to be available in every country, but the process of launching in new countries takes time. Hopefully Spotify will be available in Qatar in the future.
