My wife doesn't get a mail about joining our familyaccount

I have, at least 10 times, sent my wife a mail from Spotify's website so that she can  confirm my invitation to join me and the familyaccount but she doesn't receive any mail at all. Anybody how knows what to do?

Hey @Mickeasb,

 

Can you try sending the invite again, from a different browser/incognito window?

Let me know if that does the trick. Iโ€™d also suggest checking that youโ€™re following the exact invite a member steps here: https://support.spotify.com/account_payment_help/subscription_information/premium-for-family/.

It didn't make any difference. I got a mail from Spotify with a code and that turned out well๐Ÿ˜Š
