Hello, 

I just signed up to the family plan in canada.  Invited my wife and one of my kids but when they get the activation email they get an error.  I really don't know what to do?  I have tried to cancel the invite and resend with the same challenge.  There is also no phone number for me to call to get help.  

Do family members need creat thier own profile? 

They they get thier own log in or use mine? 

Do they need to down load the app first.  Look forward to clear help.

Yes each family member needs a separate account.

 

They they get thier own log in or use mine? 

Yes they will have their own login. First each one of them creates own account. Then you send the email invite to their own email addres. After that they will need to accept the invite while logged in with their own accout - they will become a premium subscriber.

Each one can have separate saved music and playlists.

 

Do they need to down load the app first. 

No, everything can be done in the web only.
