My Question or Issue

 Hi,

 

My daughter missed one payment for the Premium Family Plan and I was thrown out of the Family Plan. Now she resolved the problem but when I try to register once again through the newly generated link, it says "No fue posible sumarte a este Plan Familiar".

 

Please help me, I tried to register from other devices and also putting my browser in the incognito mode.

Hey there @nsc020124,

 

Thanks for posting and welcome to the community!

 

In this case, we'd recommend first asking your daughter to send you a new invite.

 

You can ask her to follow these steps first:

  1. Go to your Premium for Family account page and select the member you want to re-invite.
  2. Click CANCEL INVITE and re-invite the member by clicking SEND INVITE, and re-entering their details.

 

Once she's done so, you can follow the steps below:

  1. You'll receive an email with a link to join. Open and click ACCEPT INVITATION. You're redirected to your account page, where you'll see a confirmation screen.
    Note: If you're not already logged in or don't have an account yet, you'll be asked to log in or sign up before seeing the confirmation.
  2. Enter your details and click SUBMIT to join the Premium for Family plan.

Please note that if you’re accepting the invite on the same device it was sent from, make sure the owner who sent the invite has logged out of their account page first.

 

If the issue persists even after that, it'd be helpful if you could send us a screenshot of the error message you see. Just make sure it doesn't include any private or sensitive info :)
