tengo Problemas para configurar a mis familiares , les aparece que no se pueden conectar . Ellos estuvieron conectados por 1 mes

Thanks for posting about this in the Community - we hope you don't mind us replying to you in English 🙂

 

There are several reasons why your Family plan members got kicked out of the plan after a month, but usually it's because Spotify couldn't verify that they were in the same location as the owner, which is one of the requirements for having Premium for Family.

 

Don't worry though, this can easily be fixed - you just need to reach out to our Customer Support team here, who will be able to take a look at the accounts and see if there's anything that's preventing them from rejoining your Family plan.
