No puedo meter a mi familia a mi cuenta Spotify premium

Necesito ayuda  en mi cuenta premium tenía a mi esposa  que obvio vivo con ella 

por una razón que no se Spotify la saco de mi cuenta. Y no puedo meterla de nuevo 

le mando la invitación y cuando llena los datos le contestan que no pueden corroborar 

que yo la estoy invitando  necesito ayuda que hago?

Hope you don't mind us replying in English. It sounds like you're having trouble invite some of your family members to the plan. Is that correct?

If so, try removing the member(s) and send a new invite. Make sure they fill in the right details when accepting. 

If that doesn't work, make sure they log out from the account page and try accepting again. This will force them to enter their own login details.
