My Question or Issue

 We have a family plan in the house which I have been invited to but when I get the link in the email and enter my address for verification it just refuses to allow me into the family plan. Have resent the invite a number of times and tried cancelling the invite and sending again

Hope you're doing great! 

 

Could you try sending the invite using a different browser/incognito mode?

 

If that doesn't help, could you try sending the invite using a different email address (You don't need to send the invite using the email associated with Spotify). If both doesn't work, please send me a screenshot of the error message being shown.
