Not able to add my daughter to the family plan

My Question or Issue

I'm not able to add my daughter to our Family subscription.
It worked for my wife. We all reside at the same address. Both my wife and daughter use a @outlook.com account. Both my wife and daughter use a Samsung A5.

I aldread tried to cancel and resend the invitation several times.

I already attempted to validate the invitation from a browser session started as incognito several times.

My daughter is not able to validate the invitation from her laptop as well (Windows 10).

The error message received when she tried to validate the invitation is "incorrect user name or password".

What should I do?
