Not able to join family premium

Not able to join family premium

So I was on our family premium, then spotify removed me and I have no idea. Got my sister to send me the invitation link but every time I add in my name and address, I keep getting oops something is wrong message. HELP!

Apologies for the late reply, but maybe I can still help 🙂

 

Have you tried to use an incognito tab, clear the cookies of your browser and use another browser or device?

When this doesn't work, you should try to use another internet connection (e.g. cellular data instead of WiFi).
