My Question or Issue
My partner shifted from using a solo subscription to a family subscription because i was intrested in using the platform. However i am not recieving the invite mail.
I have checked my unwatend mails folder.
I have verified my account.(for wich i did recieve the mail)
I have resent the invite, then canceled the invite ,then resent it again.
I am not getting the invite ...

Can you try sending the invite to another email address? The email address that's receiving the invite doesn't need to be associated with any Spotify account. 🙂
