I have subscribed to Family Premium, I have sent out invites. When family try to connect, it does not give them the option to sign in. It goes straight to the subscription page??

In this case, probably your family had a regular Premium subscription before your invitation, so your family should cancel their regular subscription, check if the subscription was canceled and then you can send them the invitations for your Family plan...
