Only one family member can use Spotify Connect

Only one family member can use Spotify Connect

My wife and I have a Spotify family subscription, and enjoy using Spotify Connect at home (via a Revo Superconnect radio). From my phone it works perfectly well, but on my wife’s phone the device simply will not show. Her phone and the radio are connected to the same WiFi, we have tried uninstalling and reinstalling Spotify from her phone and my phone shouldn’t be blocking hers as I have switched to “listen on my phone”. 

Helpful tips greatly appreciated !

Problem solved! It turned out that logging in to her account on her laptop, looking for devices there and choosing the Revo worked, for some reason.
