Hi everybody,

 

I'm trying to join a family plan. I reveice the invitation, I write the information, I press "confirm" and the following message appears:

 

"Oops, something went wrong. Please try again."

 

What can I do?

Hey! Welcome to the Spotify Community 🙂
There's obviously something wrong here! Usually these kind of things happen, because of your web browsers cache. So try doing the following things:
Try accepting the link in a private/incognito tab.
If that doesn't work, change browser and clear both browsers cache.
Lastly if that doesn't work either, try accepting the link on another device, that should do the trick!

No one of yours solutions work for me... 

I've tryed all of this but always the same message.
Have you anthoter solution ?

I've tried with my smartphone, my computer (with google chrome, modzilla and IExplorer) with and without the "shadow mode" and always the same issu... 
The message : "3 - Oups ! Une erreur s'est produite. Réessayez plus tard."
You can see the problem on ths pictures there :
Ps : Yes, I'm french 😃

Thanks for replying! I'll be taking over this troubleshooting from @LeoRager 🙂 We haven't forgotten about this at all, we just aren't always available to reply ASAP - We're just volunteers after all!

Could you try another card, or even another payment option? If those don't work, can you tell me your device, operating system and the internet browser versions for Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox & Internet Explorer?
