Paying for Spotify family and not getting it!!

I updated my account from Spotify premium to Spotify family 2 months ago and am still not receiving the Family benefits!! Very frustrating. When I check my account/ subscriptions it says I’m still on premium even though I am being charged for Family. Please help !

Welcome to the Spotify Community. Sorry to hear you're being double charged!


We recommend you check out this page and go through the steps. Since you mention you've been paying double, make sure to read through the 'Paying more than once a month' section. These steps should definitely help you out.
