My Question or Issue

 Since 1,5 year I have been paying €14,95 a month for the family plan. However, my account is still indicated at free service.

 

Could you please help me out to get the plan or to stop the payment?

In this case, we suggest you follow all of the steps listed in this article. If you still have trouble seeing your Premium features, the pending charge point most likely applies to you.

 

If that's the case, make sure your card meets the requirements listed here and try signing up again.
