Payment bounced, family is now free again

My payment for Family bounced a few days ago and it now seems that my account has reverted to a Free account. The site says I can upgrade to Premium at any time and I figure I could also upgrade to Family again. However, do I have to re-invite all my family members again? Or can I in a way just pay the subscription that bounced a few days ago?

In this case, yes, you should try upgrading your account here, and re-invite all my family members again.
