My Question or Issue

I went to renew my Family plan and I always fail to pay, I've tried 2 cards and I can't renew.I went to renew my Family plan and I always fail to pay, I've tried 2 cards and I can't renew. I have cash on the card.

I did all the steps on the site and none of them worked. I updated the data, my card and the same problem continues, I already put in an incognito window and nothing.

Are you trying to renew your plan with a different card than the one that was used before as a payment method ?

 

Was the card issued in the same country of the account ? which type of card is it ?
