Hello, I’m trying to pay a Spotify family account but the payment doesn’t work and I don’t know why. I’ve had no problems for months and today my Premium account became Free and, as I said before, the payment doesn’t work. I cannot use another PayPal because I’ve just this one. What should I do?

Can you tell me what happens when you try to process payment? Any screenshots/error messages would be very helpful.

 

Also, have you tried using a different browser or incognito mode?
