Estoy suscrito a un plan familiar pero solo tengo las opciones básicas. Que tengo que hacer para obtener las condiciones de premiun?

If you signed up for Premium for Family but you don't see Premium features, it's possible that you logged into the wrong account. It's very easy to create a new account so it happens that users sometimes have a second account without them knowing.

 

If you've been invited by a family member, make sure you use the email you received to accept the invitation. Being added successfully to a family plan requires both the owner of the family plan to send out an invitation to the sub-accounts, and the sub-accounts to accept these email invitations.
