Postal Code not Valid

I tried to join a Familiar Premium Account but the system does not allow me to do that.

The error message says that my Postal code is not valid.

How can I solve this situation?

Have you tried using different browsers in your computer?

Are you using VPN in your device?

I was not using a VPN but I didn't try a different browser.
