My Question or Issue

I had paid for the free trial for the Premium Family.

But it is not working:

1) my account is still under Free Account, not Premium Family.

2) when I tried to go to http://www.spotify.com/account/family, it is "loading" all the time. 

3) but I can see my invoice I did applied to subscription.

Could you try following some troubleshooting steps here? If that doesn't help, could you send me a screenshot of your account overview page? Make sure to hide sensitive info when posting to the Community.
