Premium Family Logon on New Phone

Hello. Hope someone can Help. 
I have a premium family membership through my wife. 
I got a new Iphone the other day but cant log into the premium/family account on it. When I look at my old phone the users name is a long alphanumeric name that goes off the screen and I cant seem to find it anywhere. 
I have an "old" spotify free account which I can signin into on the new phone but of course I dont want to lose the "Like songs" I have built up on the Prmium/Family account. 
How do I find my username ?

If you have in mind the email address(es) which might be associated with your Premium Family account, would you mind following the procedure here?

After choosing a new password, make sure you log out everywhere. At this point, you should be able to access your Family account with the email address and the new password.

Thanks - I dont need to reset my password (I know what it is). I just want to understand what my user name is under the Premium Family plan.
