In the UK, in the same house with my wife and son and trying to add them to the family account. All of Apple devices. Checked the location settings on the master account and entering the same info when promoted on their devices. Keeps telling me that we are not in the same country when all the devices are in front of me! HELPPPP!

Let's try some background checks just to make sure that all accounts are indeed listed in the same country.

 

Please have each one of them (on their own device) visit their account overview at Spotify.com and check the country listed in their settings.

 

After this had been confirmed, please make sure to send invites to your siblings and have them try running the process through incognito page on their own devices.

 

Furthermore, this Family plan help page contains all the info needed to implement it correctly.

Make sure to read and check you've run the process the right way.
