My Question or Issue

I have subsribed to the Family Plan two times, had to create different accounts each time.  Each time I could invite my family members once, they would join and after a few weeks their account would close.  After that I could not invite them any more.  I am paying for the Premium Family Plan and my family cannot take advantage of the subscritpion.  Please help

Can you make sure that the family members reside at the same address as you, and that their account is active?

Hello Billy.  My two daughters and my wife live with me in the same home and they have active Spotify accounts.  Nonetheless I send them the invitation and they get an error message saying they cannot be added to my premium family account.

Thanks for the reply! I’d recommend getting in touch with Customer support here, and they’ll take a look to see what’s happening to your account backstage.
