My Question or Issue

I have a Premium Family subscription but cannot add Family members. When I go the section 'Manage your Family Accounts' and press 'Go' I get a screen which says 'Help us improve your account experience' which is blocking me from doing anything and I cannot get rid of this screen.  Is this a known problem? Very frustrating!

Could you try managing your Premium Family plan following these stepsInvite or remove members section? It's best to try this using a different browser or private window.

 

If you're still having trouble, please send me a screenshot of what happens when you try to invite new members to your plan (make sure to hide sensitive info when posting to the Community).

Before we go through some steps, have you tried running the process using an Incognito web page ?
