Premium Family adding members

I bought the premium family and followed the instructions to add members and the box that I should see "invite member" is a blank white box. 

I cancelled the subscription and then purchased it again. 

That did not solve it. I looked in my email to see if I had a message from Spotify for setting up the new accoount but there was only a message saying "sad to see you go".

Could you try clearing your browser's cache/cookies and send the invitations again? Also, using an incognito window or a different browser/device could be helpful.
