Premium Family invite issues

I sent my daughter the invite for our premium family account but when she tried to accept it she received a message saying that she already belonged to another premium account. I have gone into her account and it is not showing as a premium account. How do I fix this?

Hey @donguil,

 

I'd recommend making sure that shes logged into her account in the website when trying to accept the invite. It won't work when you're still logged in 🙂
