I bought a $30 redeem card and it won't load for my plan. How can this be solved?

Yes, I used a $60 card last time so I don't understand why it won't work
this time.

Thanks for getting back to me. 

I am checking out this support article and it states that Spotify gift cards are only for Premium Individual plans and that you can’t use them for Premium Student, Premium Family, Premium Duo, or trial offers.

Of course, I'll pass your feedback onto the right folks since this is something you'd like to see a change for in the future.

Okay, I got a prepaid credit card and its still not working. Why is there
no number to call? Spotify is so frustrating.

Spotify doesn't offer phone support at the moment. For this particular case, I'd recommend getting in touch with Customer Support. They'll take a look and do their best to help.
