Premium account didn't switch to family premium

Hello, I had a premium account and I joined a family premium as a family member. Nevertheless yesterday I was charged 9,99. Why? Will you refund this money?
Thanks!

@stellamascali,

Okay, here's some information about joining a Premium for Family subscription as a Premium subscriber: https://support.spotify.com/account_payment_help/premium_for_family/can-i-start-or-join-a-premium-fo...

Does that help explain things?

Hey @stellamascali, welcome to the Spotify Community!

Can you confirm that your account has been added to the Family subscription?

Looking forward to your response 🙂

Yes,
I confirm that my account has been added to the Premium family.
But I was charged 9,99 euros:

@stellamascali,

It sounds like you might have two separate accounts, one subscribed to Premium for Family and one to a regular Spotify Premium subscription. Could you check out this support guide to checking for multiple accounts?

Let me know how it goes 🙂

It seems that the guide is for customers that could have multiple
subscriptions because they have multiple accounts (users). But I have just
one account, so it seems to me absurd that two different subscriptions are
linked to the same account. I fear there was a delay in receiving the
information that I joined a premium family, and I was charged for the
premium. But this is a mistake, and I wish a refund. I'm sorry but that
guide isn't helpful.
