Premium but Status says "Free"

Premium but Status says "Free"

Hey there.
So today I changed my phone and all my data on my Spotify Account got deleted, so no more songs that I downloaded or playlists that I had saved. In addition does it say that I don't have Premium anymore even though I bought it last year and I have already paid for it this month. It's really urgent, so if anyone could help I would be really grateful. Thanks

Are you sure you are logging in with the same username and password and not via facebook?

 

Try that as Spotify doesn't delete your playlist regardless if you change device or not. 

Yup, pretty sure, I don't even have facebook

There is an option to "recover deleted playlists" go to your account settings and look for the option.

 

What is your spotify username? 

Wait I found out why. My sister used my account too but she had to send in her phone because of a system error and they erased everything. But does that mean that cancelled my Premium too and I have to but it again?

No, your spotify premium has nothing to do with the data on your phone. 

 

Do you remember your username and password? If so, just log back in and there should be all your lists.
