Premium family dosnt work

If I want to add items of my family members. It dosnt works.

We are not at the same adress.

We are at the same adress we are conecred to the same wlan. The items are side by side on the table.

What can I do?

Just to confirm, are you seeing an error when trying to invite your family members to your plan? 

 

We'd first recommend making sure that you're following the steps here to invite them to your plan. 

 

If you're still having troubles, it'd be helpful if you could share a screenshot of what you see, including any error messages. Just make sure that there's no private or sensitive info displayed when posting in the Community.
