Premium family, stuck when validating address

Premium family, stuck when validating address

Hi everyone:

I ran into a problem when I invite my sis to join our family plan.

After she entered the correct address, the screen show "saving address"(in chinese) but it stuck there for several minutes and nothing happens.

Is it a system or app failure ? How should I do to resolve this problem?

That's odd. Can you please tell her to give it a try on a different device and/or a different browser?

I have a related problem. I have been asked to verify my address, and when I go to do that, it doesn't let me add the house number. So I can't "confirm" because there are lots of houses with the same postcode and road name. 

I'm having a similar problem, I'm getting "We're currently experiencing technical difficulties" when trying to re-validate my home address (I got an email telling me I should do that). How do I proceed?
